My name is Monica Lupaşcu
I appreciate your interest in reading my blog and wanting to know more about me.

I am attorney at law with a master degree in Intellectual Property and I am also specialized as an industrial property attorney for trademarks. I recently joined the Romanian Internet and Technology Association and now I am a proud member of its Board of Directors.

For much of my 8 years of experience in the field, I focused on law and technology. Because internet and copyright are my special love I was mostly interested in collaborating with e-commerce companies, internet and hosting providers, web designers and software developers. All of them helped me in constantly evolving and discovering new and interesting challenges for my professional activity.

Yes, I’m one of the people who love their work; I chose this area of practice mainly because I admired those who transformed this real world into a digital one and I wanted to be a part of this daily evolving system which affects law, people and their activities.

At the beginning of 2008 I realized that there could be people interested in my researches and studies and I started this blog. I write in the area of copyright law, contracts, and the law of cyberspace for my own pleasure and I invite everyone to participate with me in this long and interesting venture of the art of interpretation.
